【Abstract】 The shortage of teaching laboratory resources is more and more obvious along with entering popularization stage of higher education in China. As an important base for the cultivation of innovative talents in universities, scientific laboratories play an important and leading role in the cultivation of students’ innovation ability. Fully tap the resource advantages of scientific laboratories in terms of talent leadership, equipment support,discipline leadership, and openness and sharing. Develop the advantageous resources of scientific laboratories and help the cultivation of undergraduate innovative talents. By optimizing the management mechanism and methods to improve the management efficiency of scientific laboratories, strengthening the upgrading of instruments and the reuse of idle equipments, coordinating the orderly opening and sharing of scientific laboratories resources and other measures to achieve efficient and comprehensive utilization of scientific research laboratory resources.
