【摘要】 “岗课赛证”融通育人是国家职业教育改革发展方向。厘清“岗课赛证”之间关系，以岗位要求确定人才培养目标和课程体系，以课程为育人载体，以证书为基石、以赛项为拓展和标杆，专业通过合理原则选择合适的赛证，在专业课程中融入证书标准，融入职业技能竞赛考纲，针对基础、核心、综合实践课程辅之以“情景项目、案例项目、真实项目”三种不同的项目教学方式，三阶段递进式开展“岗课赛证”融通分层育人，突破专业技能培养与素养培育的难点，实现职业教育的精准育人。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reform and development direction of national vocational education is to cultivate people through“post course competition certificate”. By clarifying the relationship between“post course competition certificates”, determining talent training objectives and curriculum system based on post requirements, taking courses as the carrier of education, certificates as the cornerstone, and events as the expansion and benchmark,selecting appropriate competition certificates through reasonable principles, certificate standards and vocational skills competition syllabus are integrated into professional courses, The comprehensive practical courses are supplemented by three different project teaching methods, namely “situational project, case project and real project”.
