【摘要】 以学生的能力提升为核心，将创新创业教育引入人才培养过程，形成新时代“思路引领、能力提升、师生协作”的新工科创新创业人才培养体系。教师在开展“有机化学”课程教学的同时，坚持问题导向和目标导向，着力培养符合国家需要和科技进步的综合型人才。在具体的教学过程中，以创新创业的项目和课题为导向，将问题导入课程建设中，充分发挥学生的主观能动性，同时加强实验安全教育方面的工作，开拓出创新创业与教学相结合的新的培养模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the improvement of students’ ability as the core, the innovation and entrepreneurship education is integrated in the talent management process, to form a new training system of “thought leading, ability enhancement and teacher-student collaboration” for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in new engineering construction. It’s important to adhere to the problem-oriented and goal-oriented, and strive to cultivate comprehensive talents in line with national needs and scientific and technological progress.
