【摘要】 教师是知识的传播者，也是引导学生树立正确世界观、人生观与价值观的领路人。在课堂教学中，教师应该聚焦专业课程人才培养目标和思想政治教育目标，从立德树人出发，实现育人与育才一体化课程建设，将价值观引导与知识传授和能力培养融为一体。以管理专业学生的专业基础课“管理信息系统”为例，从课程目标、课程内容、教学设计出发，将思想政治教育与课程教学融合，实现了显性教育与隐性教育相统一的育人育才目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teachers not only impart knowledge, but also guide students to establish correct outlook on the world, life and value. In classroom teaching, teachers should focus on the talent training objectives of professional courses and the objectives of ideological and political education, start from building morality and cultivating talents, and integrate the guidance of values with the teaching of knowledge and the cultivation of ability.
