【摘要】 高校毕业生就业工作既是社会热点问题，也关乎高校育人水平，开展大学生生涯教育已成为人才培养的必要环节。当前我国高校生涯教育中存在目标僵化、形式单一等问题，随着时代的发展职业生涯也不再是静态和绝对稳定的，而是处于不断变化的动态过程。生涯适应力作为近年来国外生涯心理学领域的热点理论，为大学生生涯教育研究提供了新的方向。基于生涯适应力视角，构建全方式、全过程、全方位生涯教育体系，进一步强化价值引领，为高校开展生涯教育提供思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The employment of college graduates is not only a hot social issue, but also is related to the level of college education. It is very necessary to carry out career education for college students. At present, there are some problems in career education in colleges and universities, such as the rigid education object and single education form. With the development of the times, career is no longer static and absolutely stable, but in a constantly changing dynamic process. As a hot theory in the field of career psychology abroad in recent years,career adaptability provides a new direction for the research of college students’ career education.
