【摘要】 教师文化建设与积极教育关系密切，积极教师文化具有积极的教育功能。基于积极教育视野，当前乡村学校教师文化建设面临若干挑战：无法适应新时代背景下乡村教育发展的要求；存在学校消极管理趋向下的教师文化被动适应现象；对积极教师文化建构缺乏整体自觉。提出乡村学校积极教师文化的建构策略：加强政策支持和引导力度；倡导积极学校领导与管理文化；提升乡村学校教师的文化自觉与文化建构能力；借鉴相关教育科学的研究成果与实践经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is a close relationship between the construction of teacher culture and positive education,and active teacher culture has a positive educational function. Based on the perspective of positive education,the construction of teacher culture in rural schools is facing several challenges: Facing the predicament of the construction and cultural function of rural teachers and lack of overall consciousness on the construction of active teacher culture.
