【Abstract】 In order to meet the needs of public security work and social development under the second centenary goal, we should build a talent training system that aims to cultivate high-level police talents with a threelevel quality structure of “comprehensive, general and professional”, which has a solid foundation, broad caliber,expertise and innovation.
