【Abstract】 The personal growth and development of young teachers share weal and woe with the development of both the school and disciplines. On the one hand, the general development of the school provides strong support for the personal growth of teachers. On the other hand, the professional quality and teaching ability of young teachers serve as the catalysts for promoting the educational and teaching reform in colleges and universities. In this thesis, the current situation of classroom teaching of young teachers is to be analyzed so as to explore the measures and strategies of training young teachers: Firstly, help young teachers establish the concept of life-long learning and improve their professional ability. Secondly, promote them to continuously improve their teaching quality through teaching academic activities.
