当前教育方式的转变对医学生思想的影响及教育应对举措
The Impact of Normalized Prevention and Control on the Formation of Medical Students’ Outlook on Life and the Countermeasures of Ideological Education
【摘要】 随着科技的发展和各大高校对新型教育方式的探索,当前的教育模式正从单一抽象的以教师讲解为主,转变为多元化的以学生探索实践为主。问题驱动教学(PBL)、以团队为基础的学习(TBL)等教育教学方式的出现,给医学生带来了深刻的变化。医学生的教学由传统的课堂教学转向临床,理论联系实际,能够使医学生更好地掌握专业知识,提前了解临床工作,影响医学生的学习、工作、生活及人生观。通过对扬州大学医学院医学生进行线上问卷调查研究,了解当前医疗教育环境下医学生的思想动态,重点关注医学生人生价值观的变化规律,从而针对性地提出思想教育的应对举措。
【Abstract】 With the development of science and technology and the exploration of new educational methods in various universities, the current educational mode is changing from a single abstract education based on teacher’s explanation to a diversified student’s exploration and practice. For medical students, the emergence in teaching methods such as Problem-Based Learning(PBL) and Team-Based Learning(TBL), which are newly opened in recent years, have brought profound changes to medical students in the current era. Moreover, in recent years, the teaching of medical students has shifted from traditional classroom teaching to clinical teaching, combining theory with practice, which not only enables them to better grasp professional knowledge, but also influences the study,work and life of medical students and the formation of their outlook on life. Through the online questionnaire research of Medical College of Yangzhou University, the ideological dynamics of medical students under the current medical education environment were understood, with a focus on the changing rules of medical students’ life values, so as to put forward countermeasures for ideological education.
