【Abstract】 In order to improve the scientific research ability of postgraduates, it is necessary to develop high quality research courses. The trend of foreign scientific research course development is manifested in the following ways: course philosophy towards holism and learning-orientation, course objective towards competence-orientation,course content towards demand and frontier, teaching method towards effectiveness for student development,evaluation feedback towards timely communication feedback, and course management towards the promotion of students’ self-management.
