【摘要】 随着国际形势的日益复杂及我国科学技术的快速发展，社会对人才的要求标准越来越高，线上自主教学的重要性日趋凸显，因此，构建研究型综合性大学新型人才培养模式尤为重要。对研究型综合性大学的特点、教学内涵、线上自主教学的优势和存在的问题进行分析，结果表明，研究型综合性大学人才培养的线上自主教学新模式构建，应该以培养学生过硬的政治思想及优秀的道德修养为根本，以提升学习效率为出发点，以培养学生扎实的理论基础、较强的动手能力为基本要求，以培养学生的专家思维能力为导向。其中，学生专家思维能力的培养是研究型综合性大学人才培养的必由之路和关键之所在。更多还原

【Abstract】 The increasing complexity of the international form and the rapid development of science and technology in China have the higher and higher requirements for talents. The importance of online independent teaching becomes increasingly prominent during the prevention and control period. Therefore, it is particularly important to build a new talent training mode for research-oriented comprehensive universities. The connotation of the characteristics of research colleges and universities, teaching, and online autonomous teaching advantages and existing problems of the analysis results show that the construction of a new online independent teaching mode for talent cultivation in research-oriented comprehensive universities should be based on the cultivation of students’ excellent political ideology and excellent moral cultivation, the starting point of improving learning efficiency, the basic requirement of cultivating students’ solid theoretical foundation and strong practical ability, and the guidance of cultivating students’ expert thinking ability. Among them, the cultivation of students’ expert thinking ability is the only way and key to the cultivation of talents in research-oriented comprehensive universities.更多还原
