奠基与创新:靳希斌先生教育经济思想及特色探究

【摘要】 靳希斌先生是中国教育经济学界的主要开创者和奠基人之一,在四十余年的学术探求历程中,先生的教育经济思想日益丰富且个性鲜明,学术观点具有较强的前瞻性、引领性和指导性,为建构中国特色的教育经济思想体系做出了突出贡献。为更好领悟先生丰富的教育经济思想及其蕴含的学术精髓,本文将先生的教育经济思想归纳为经济发展与教育改革、教育投资与经济效益、人力资本与教育人力资本、教育服务与教育经营、教育创新与教育管理体制改革、自学考试制度与考试经济等六个研究领域,针对先生教育经济思想体系和学术特色,进行了较为系统的阐释与评述。先生的学术智慧对于准确把握中国教育经济学发展的历史脉络,进一步开拓当代教育经济学研究新领域,具有重要的学术传承意义和未来发展价值。

【Abstract】 Mr. Jin Xibin is one of the main pioneers and founders of education economics in China, and in the course of more than 40 years of academic exploration, his educational economic thinking has become increasingly rich and distinct, and his academic views are forward-looking, leading and instructive, making outstanding contributions to the construction of an educational economic thought system with Chinese characteristics. In order to better understand Mr. Jin’s rich educational economic thought and the academic essence contained therein, this paper summarizes Mr. Jin’s educational economic thought into six research fields, including economic development and educational reform, educational investment and economic efficiency, human capital and educational human capital, educational service and educational management, educational innovation and educational management system reform, self-study examination system and examination economy. In addition, this paper systematically explains and comments on his educational economic thought system and academic characteristics. His academic wisdom and strength are of great academic significance and future development value for accurately grasping the historical context of the development of education economics in China and further opening up new fields of contemporary education economics research.
