【摘要】 目的 了解安徽省居民中医药健康文化素养水平及影响因素，为制定中医药健康干预策略提供依据。方法 采用分层多阶段随机抽样方法，抽取安徽省12个县区15～69岁常住居民进行问卷调查。结果 2021年安徽省居民中医药健康文化素养水平为19.76%，其中中医药信息理解能力素养（64.17%）水平最高，中医药公众适宜方法素养（4.73%）水平最低。不同性别、年龄、文化程度、职业、家庭年收入、城乡以及是否患慢性病居民的中医药素养水平差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。文化程度是影响安徽省居民中医药健康文化素养的主要影响因素。结论 2021年安徽省居民中医药健康文化素养水平较往年有所提升，但中医药公众适宜方法素养水平仍有待提高。应重点加强对文化程度较低居民的健康教育与健康促进干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the level of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) health and cultural literacy of Anhui residents and its influencing factors,so as to provide basis for formulating health intervention strategies of TCM.Methods Using stratified multi-stage random sampling method,the permanent residents aged 15-69 in 12 counties of Anhui Province were selected for a questionnaire survey.Results In 2021,the level of TCM health literacy of Anhui residents was 19.76%,among which the level of TCM information understanding ability literacy(64.17%) was the highest,and the level of TCM public appropriate methods literacy(4.73%) was the lowest.There were significant differences in TCM literacy among residents with different gender,age,education level,occupation,annual family income,urban and rural areas and whether they suffered from chronic diseases(P<0.05).Education level is the main influencing factor of Anhui residents’ health and cultural literacy of TCM.Conclusion In 2021,the level of TCM health and cultural literacy of Anhui residents has improved compared with previous years,but the level of TCM public’s literacy of appropriate methods still needs to be improved.Health education and health promotion intervention should be focused on residents with low education level.更多还原
