银杏蜜环对ACS患者血清基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制物水平的影响

【摘要】 目的 探讨银杏蜜环对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制物水平的影响,为临床预防及治疗急性冠脉综合征提供新的方向。方法 收集66例急性冠脉综合征患者,随机分成两组,每组各33例,两组患者均接受经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI),以银杏蜜环口服液治疗组为实验组,未服用上述药物组为对照组,其余治疗均一致,分析两组患者治疗前后基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、组织型基质金属蛋白酶抑制物-2(TIMP-2)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)变化情况,探讨银杏蜜环对上诉指标的影响。结果 两组患者行PCI治疗后MMP-9、hs-CRP指标水平较手术前均明显下降,TIMP-2较术前明显升高,实验组使用银杏蜜环口服液后MMP-9、TIMI-2指标较对照组变化更为明显,以上实验结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 银杏蜜环口服液可以降低MMP-9水平和升高TIMP-2水平,提示银杏蜜环口服液在ACS的预防和治疗中具有一定作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of ginkgo biloba on serum matrix metalloproteinase and its inhibitor levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS), and to provide a new direction for clinical prevention and treatment of ACS. Methods Sixty-six patients with acute coronary syndrome were collected and randomly divided into two groups of 33 patients each, and both groups were treated with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9), tissue-type metalloproteinase-inhibitor-2(TIMP-2) and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) changes were analyzed before and after treatment in both groups to explore the effect of Ginkgo biloba on the appeal index. Results The levels of MMP-9 and hs-CRP indexes in both groups decreased significantly after PCI treatment compared with those before surgery, and TIMP-2 increased significantly compared with those before surgery, and the changes of MMP-9 and TIMI-2 indexes in the experimental group were more obvious than those in the control group after using Ginkgo biloba oral solution, and the above experimental results were statistically different(P<0.05). Conclusion Ginkgo biloba oral liquid can reduce MMP-9 level and increase TIMI-2 level, suggesting that Ginkgo biloba oral liquid has a certain role in the prevention and treatment of ACS.
