【摘要】 国务院办公厅《关于深化医教协同进一步推进医学教育改革与发展的意见》指出医德教育是医学生教育的首要内容。医德教育包括以医学道德、职业态度和职业价值观等作为基本内涵的职业教育；人文关怀与人道主义精神教育；家国情怀、爱党敬业的思想政治教育；医学伦理与卫生法治教育。医德是医学生从业的底线要求，是医学生、医生和其他医务工作者的根本行为准则。如何优化医德教育是当前医德教育面临的重要问题。文章分析了新时代医学院校教育的现状，提出了新时代医德教育的具体要求，肯定了医德教育的时代价值，并探索了新时代医德教育优化路经，以期提高新时代医学院校的医德教育质量，培养更多德才兼备的高层次医学人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Opinions on Deepening the Coordination between Medical Education and Further Promoting the Reform and Development of Medical Education issued by the General Office of the State Council pointed out that medical ethics education is the primary content of medical student education. Medical ethics education includes professional education on the basic connotations of medical ethics, professional attitude and professional values;education on humanistic care and humanitarian spirit;ideological and political education on family sentiment, love for the Party and respect for the profession; and education on medical ethics and the rule of law in health. Medical ethics is the bottom line requirement for medical students to practice,and is the fundamental code of conduct for medical students,doctors and other medical workers. How to optimize medical ethics education is an important issue facing medical ethics education at present. This paper analyses the current situation of medical school education in the new era, puts forward the specific requirements of medical ethics education in the new era, affirms the contemporary value of medical ethics education, and explores and discusses the ways to optimize medical ethics education in the new era, with a view to improving the quality of medical ethics education in medical schools in the new era and cultivating more high-level medical talents with both virtue and talent.更多还原
