【摘要】 随着信息化的迅猛发展，对新时代形势下的高等医学院校考试管理工作提出了新的挑战。研究通过分析当前高等医学院校考试管理过程中存在的问题和短板，在完善制度、规范考试管理，加强培训、提升考试专业化水平，搭建基于网络考试评卷和网上评卷系统相结合的考试平台、促进课程试题库建设、提升高校考试信息化水平等方面进行有益的探索实践，构建起了新时代背景下高等医学院校的信息化考试管理新模式，提升高校医学考试管理工作效率、促进考试安全，强化高校考试的育人成效，进一步提高考试管理的数字化水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of information technology, new challenges have been posed to the examination management of medical colleges and universities in the new era. By analyzing the existing problems and weaknesses in the process of examination management in medical colleges and universities, this research conducted beneficial exploration and practice in improving the system, standardizing the examination management, strengthening training, improving the level of examination specialization, building an examination platform based on the combination of online examination marking and online marking system, promoting the construction of course examination question bank, and improving the level of college examination informatization.
