【摘要】 影像学对精确放射治疗至关重要，贯穿于放射治疗的各个环节中，尤其是靶区勾画。目前大部分住培医师对影像学重视程度不够。因此，有必要将影像学教学整合至放疗住培医师靶区勾画的培训中，并联合导入式教学法、以问题为基础的教学法、翻转课堂教学法等模式，以获得更好的教学效果。在教学理念及策略方面也做了改革，应用了成果导向教育（outcomes-based education,OBE）理念、以任务为中心的教学策略，使住培医师更有成就感、使命感，进一步激发学习动力和热情。此外，思政教育贯穿整个住培过程，使住培医师潜移默化接受医德医风教育的感化及熏陶，培养出符合医疗经济发展的合格卫生人才。但各种教学模式在放射肿瘤靶区勾画培训中的应用仍存在许多挑战，仍需在今后的临床教学实践中进一步探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Imaging is crucial for precision radiotherapy and runs through all aspects of radiotherapy, especially target delineation. At present, most physicians do not pay enough attention to imaging. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate imaging teaching into the training of target volume delineation of radiotherapy planners, and combine the introductory teaching method, problem-based teaching method and flipped classroom teaching method to obtain better teaching effect. In terms of teaching concepts and strategies, it has also reformed, applying the concept of outcome-based education(OBE) and task-centered teaching strategy, so as to make resident training doctors more accomplished and have a sense of achievement and mission,and further stimulate learning motivation and enthusiasm.In addition, ideological and political education has been carried out throughout the whole process of residential training, which enables training physicians to accept the influence of medical ethics education imperceptibly, and cultivate qualified health talents in line with the development of medical economy.
