【摘要】 目的 研究基于多学科联合诊疗（multi-disciplinary treatment,MDT）临床整合教学模式在提升基层医生临床能力中的价值。方法 在2021年1—7月对口帮扶的重庆市城口县人民医院建立并试行“MDT临床整合教育教学模式”：根据当地疾病谱搭建MDT教学团队，通过MDT大查房筛选病例，进行MDT教学查房，专题讲座和个体化指导。采用自编调查问卷，以无记名方式对普内科23名医生进行该教学模式的效果及满意度的问卷调查。结果 参与培训的全部23名内科医生对该模式的满意度达到了96%(22名)，认为该模式对提升基层医生综合诊疗能力和循证意识、夯实临床基本功、有利于规范疾病诊治方面很有帮助者占91%～96%(21～22名)，对明确未来职业方向，促进终身学习方面的帮助也较大（分别为19名，83%和18名，78%）。结论 基于MDT的临床整合教学模式在基层医生中满意度高，有助于基层医生夯实临床基本功、规范诊疗的同时，提升循证医学意识、促进终身学习。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of integrated clinical teaching model based on multi-disciplinary treatment(MDT) in improving the clinical competence of primary doctors. Method Counterpart help from January to July 2021 Chongqing Chengkou County People’s Hospital established and piloted the "MDT Clinical Integrated Education and Teaching Model" : an MDT teaching team was established according to the local disease spectrum, and MDT teaching rounds, special lectures and individualized guidance were carried out through MDT ward rounds.Using a self-compiled questionnaire, 23 doctors of general internal medicine were surveyed anonymously on the effect and satisfaction of this teaching model. Results All 23 physicians who participated in the training achieved a satisfaction rate of 96%(22). 91%～96%(21～22) of the doctors thought that the model was helpful to improve the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment ability and evidencebased awareness of primary doctors, consolidate basic clinical skills, and standardize the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. It is also helpful to clarify future career direction and promote lifelong learning(19, 83% and 18, 78%,respectively). Conclusion This MDT integrated teaching mode is effective and highly accepted by doctors in primary hospital.
