【摘要】 目的 分析全线上教学法在皮肤性病学教学中的应用效果。方法 2021年1—7月选取南昌大学第一临床学院2018级临床医学专业学生187名为对照组，采用线上线下混合式教学法。2022年1—7月选取本校2019级同专业学生169名为试验组，采用全线上教学法。比较两组期末考试成绩、平时成绩、学生满意度。结果试验组期末成绩显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.001），试验组优良率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.001）。两组满意度差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 全线上教学可提高学生皮肤性病学考试成绩，但全线上教学并不能取代混合式教学。可在现有经验的基础上，充分结合线上教学的优势，不断优化线上线下混合式教学模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of online teaching method in the teaching of dermatology. Methods A total of 187 students majoring in clinical medicine in 2018 from The First Clinical Medical college of Nanchang University from January to July 2021 were selected as the control group, and the online and offline blended teaching method was adopted. A total of 169 students from the same college and major in 2019 from January to July 2022were selected as the experimental group, and the online teaching method was adopted. The differences in final exam scores, usual scores, and students’ satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The final score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001), and the excellent and good rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001). There was no significant difference in satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Online teaching can improve students’ examination results of dermatology and venereology, but online teaching can not replace the mixed teaching. On the basis of existing experience, the advantages of online teaching can be fully combined, continuous optimization of online and offline mixed teaching model.更多还原
