【摘要】 “金课”建设是高校课程改革的重点，线上线下混合式教学是金课建设的重要路径。在五大“金课”中，线上一流课程即“精品慕课”面向高校和社会学习者开放，慕课正成为推动高等教育变革的重要引擎，翻转课堂是一种将传统课上教学过程与课下学习活动进行转换的新型线下教学模式，慕课联合翻转课堂的混合式教学取得较好教学效果。课程建设是决定人才培养质量的关键环节，是落实立德树人的根本途径。高校课程思政的实施是落实“立德树人”的重要路径。《中西医结合内科学》是中西医临床医学专业的主干临床课程，在信息化时代，需要进行教学改革以取得更好的教学效果。本文以《中西医结合内科学》为例，通过探讨慕课联合翻转课堂为主的线上线下混合式“金课”建设路径，联合以问题为基础的教学法（problem-based learning,PBL）、案例教学法（case-based learning,CBL）等多元化的教学形式，结合课程思政，对高校金课建设路径进行探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of "gold course" is the key point of the reform of the university curriculum, and the online and offline mixed teaching is an important way of the construction of the gold course. Among the five "golden classes", online first-class courses, namely "Excellent MOOCS" are open to university and social learners. MOOC is becoming an important engine to promote the reform of higher education. Flipped classroom is a new offline teaching mode which transforms the traditional teaching process and offline learning activities. The hybrid teaching of MOOCS combined with flipped classroom has achieved better teaching results. Curriculum construction is the key link to determine the quality of talent training, and the fundamental way to implement the establishment of morality and human beings. The implementation of Ideological and political system in university curriculum is an important way to implement "Establishing morality and cultivating people". The Integrated Medicine of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine is the main clinical course of TCM and Western medicine. In the information age, teaching reform is needed to achieve better teaching effect. This paper takes the Integrated Medicine of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine as an example, and explores the construction path of "gold class" in colleges and universities by discussing the online and offline mixed "gold course" construction path dominated by MOOCS combined with flipped classroom,PBL teaching and CBL teaching methods, and combining with curriculum thinking and politics.更多还原
