【摘要】 党中央、国务院高度重视高校创新创业教育工作，医学生科研创新能力的提升关乎国家医疗卫生事业的发展及科技水平的提高。为适应现代医学发展需求，为国家培养更多更好、具有创新精神和实践能力的医学人才，医学院校各职能部门应协同合作、资源整合，采取多层次、广覆盖、点线面相结合的有效措施，通过提升教育理念，优化科创培养模式；建立保障机制，加强师资队伍建设；联通多方资源，建立协同培养体系，为培养科研创新型医学生创造丰沃的制度、资源土壤。以南京医科大学为例，学校开展基于本科生科研兴趣小组的导师制等工作，成效显著，为培养科研创新型医学生提供新的理论与实践依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. The improvement of medical students’ scientific research and innovation ability is related to the development of national medical and health undertakings and the improvement of scientific and technological level. In order to meet the needs of modern medical development and cultivate more and better medical talents with innovative spirit and practical ability for the country, the functional departments of medical colleges and universities should cooperate and integrate resources,take effective measures of multi-level, wide coverage and combination of points, lines and areas, and optimize the training mode of scientific innovation by improving the educational concept; Establish a guarantee mechanism to strengthen the construction of teaching staff; Contact with various resources,establish a collaborative training system, and create a fertile system and resource soil for cultivating innovative medical students in scientific research.
