【摘要】 目的 探讨线上线下混合式教学法联合标准化病人在精神病学见习中的教学效果。方法 2021年3—6月选取西安交通大学医学部2017级本科生为研究对象，随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组使用线上线下混合式教学法联合学生标准化病人进行见习课教学，对照组采用传统教学方法进行教学。教学结束后通过理论考核、技能考核和满意度问卷比较两组的教学效果和满意度。结果相比于对照组，试验组学生的理论考核成绩、技能考核成绩和见习课总成绩均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。满意度调查结果显示试验组学生对教学的满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 在精神病学见习课中使用混合式教学联合学生标准化病人的新式教学模式，教学效果更好，满意度更高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of mixed teaching method combined with standardized patients in practice teaching of psychiatry. Methods From March to June 2021, 2017 undergraduate students from the department of medicine of Xi’an Jiaotong University were selected as the research subjects, and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group used the online and offline mixed teaching method to combine students with standardized patients for internship teaching, while the control group used traditional teaching methods for teaching. After teaching, the teaching effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared through theoretical assessment, skill assessment and satisfaction questionnaire. Results Compared with the control group,the students in the experimental group obtained higher theoretical test scores, operational test scores and total practical scores(P<0.05). The results of the satisfaction survey showed that the students in the experimental group were more satisfied with the teaching(P<0.05). Conclusion The teaching effect of the mixed teaching method combined with standardized patients in the psychiatry practice is better and the satisfaction is higher.更多还原
