【摘要】 儿童眼病复杂多样，不同年龄组的发病种类有其特殊性。儿童处于视觉发育的关键时期。一些发育性疾病如果错过最佳的诊疗时机，可能导致不可逆的视功能障碍。因此，儿童眼病早期诊断及治疗至关重要。目前，我国小儿眼科专业医师存在巨大缺口，该专业硕士研究生的培养质量直接决定将来该专业的技术水平。但是，该专业的硕士研究生入学时对本专业知识及实践基础相对缺乏，而本专业的理论知识抽象，临床操作复杂，具有小儿眼科的专业特殊性。因此，如何在研究生期间培养学生扎实的理论基础以及规范的诊疗技术并建立严谨的临床思维能力及科研能力是对学校及教师的巨大挑战。文章通过对我国专业型研究生斜视与小儿眼科领域的培养现状，原因及解决办法进行分析探讨，目的是为更高质量培养该专业型硕士研究生提供思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Children eye diseases are complex and diverse,and in different age groups have their particularity types.Children are in a critical period of visual development.Some developmental diseases may lead to irreversible visual impairment if the optimal time for diagnosis and treatment is missed. Therefore, early diagnosis and treatment of children eye diseases are very important. At present, there is a huge gap in pediatric ophthalmology doctors in China, and the quality of postgraduate training will directly determine the technical level of this specialty in the future. However, the graduate students who have just entered the school are lack for theoretical knowledge and practice experience because of the abstract knowledge and complicated clinical operation which are the professional characteristics of pediatric ophthalmology. Therefore, how to cultivate students’ solid theoretical foundation, standardized diagnosis and treatment techniques, and establish rigorous clinical thinking ability and scientific research ability during the postgraduate period is a great challenge to the school and teachers. We analyze and discuss the training status and solutions of professional masters in strabismus and pediatric ophthalmology, in order to provide ideas for higher quality training.更多还原
