【Abstract】 With the continuous advancement of library modernization and the increasingly personalized needs of users,it is necessary to build new infrastructure in libraries. The new library infrastructure should adhere to the principle of demand and service, drive the transformation with the integration of technological innovation,and promote the development of global dynamic intelligence. Through the analysis of the connotation, characteristics and framework of the New Infrastructure of the library,it is found that the new infrastructure of the library will help to balance the relationship between intelligent upgrading and readers’ needs in the short term, promote the innovative development of new ideas, new technologies and new applications in the library in the long term, and give full play to the advantages of new infrastructure construction in improving the quality, efficiency and energy of the library.更多还原
