【摘要】 在国家资源密集输入与村庄社会结构变迁的双重影响下，新时期基层治理逻辑产生深刻转型，呈现出以党组织为领导、以行政力量为核心的统合型治理转向。基于皖南宁村的田野调研发现，基层社会治理的统合型转向是村级组织行政化下主体统合、资源统合、任务统合的聚合结果。它重构了乡村治理秩序，在强调村干部平权化的同时强化村级组织建设，在弱化基层自治空间的行政化中生产出村庄的保护机制，进而塑造了乡村治理的弹性运作机制。因此，在作为国家代理人的村干部的角色转变趋势下，基层统合型治理逻辑以多元化方式回应治理需求，反映了国家基层政权建设的系统转向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the dual influence of the input of intensive national resources and the change of village social structure, the logic of grass-roots governance has undergone a profound transformation in the new era, showing a shift to integrated governance with the party organization as the leader and the administrative force as the core.Based on the field research of Ning village in Southern Anhui Province, it is found that the integrated transformation of grass-roots social governance is the aggregation result of the integration of subjects, resources and tasks under the administration of village-level organizations, and it reconstructs the order of rural governance.While emphasizing the equal rights of village cadres, the construction of village organizations is strengthened, and the village protection mechanism is produced in weakening the administration of grass-roots autonomous space, thus shaping the flexible operation mechanism of rural governance.Therefore, under the changing trend of the role of village cadres as state agents, the grass-roots integrated governance logic responds to the governance needs in a diversified way, reflecting the systematic shift in the construction of national grass-roots political power.更多还原
