有机硅季铵盐的合成及性能研究

【摘要】 以十二叔胺和溴丙烯为原料,反应制得十二烷基二甲基烯丙基溴化铵中间体,再以氯铂酸作催化剂,将十二烷基二甲基烯丙基溴化铵中间体与七甲基三硅氧烷通过硅氢加成反应合成一种有机硅季铵盐。用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)以及离子类型鉴定对有机硅季铵盐的结构进行表征,测定其表面张力,考察其起泡性能和杀菌性能。结果表明:合成的有机硅季铵盐的临界胶束浓度为2.03 g/L,表面张力为20.54 mN/m,溶液界面表面活性剂饱和吸附量为4.2×10-9 mol/cm2,平均每个表面活性剂分子在界面吸附饱和时所占据的面积为0.039 6 nm2,有良好的起泡性,但稳泡性较弱,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀菌率均达到了99.99%。

【Abstract】 Using dodecalamine and propylene bromide as raw materials,the dodecyl dimethylallyl ammonium bromide intermediate was prepared by reaction,and then H2PtCl6 was used as catalyst to synthesize silicone quaternary ammonium salts by hydrosilyl addition reaction between dodecyl dimethylammonium bromide intermediate and heptamethyltrisiloxane.The structure of silicone quaternary ammonium salts was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and ion type identification,the surface tension was determined,and the foaming performance and bactericidal properties were investigated.Results showed that the critical micelle concentration of the synthesized silicone quaternary ammonium salts was 2.03 g/L,the surface tension was 20.54 mN/m,the saturated adsorption capacity of solution interfacial surfactant was 4.2×10-9 mol/cm2,and the average area occupied by each surfactant molecule when saturated with interfacial adsorption was 0.039 6 nm2,which had good foaming but weak foam stability,and the sterilization rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli reached 99.99%.
