不同繁殖方式的芳樟叶精油主成分分析

【摘要】 为探究播种和扦插两种繁殖方式对芳樟叶精油的影响,以选育的3个芳樟优株及其2 a实生和扦插子代为研究对象,采用“闻香法”、水蒸汽蒸馏结合GC与GC-MS法检测其化学型及精油化学成分,比较不同繁殖方式下芳樟幼苗精油含量和精油成分的差异。结果表明,种子繁殖的家系化学型分化种类较多,其中芳樟醇型子代所占比例在46%~52%之间,扦插繁殖的无性系均为芳樟醇型。实生子代叶精油得油率和主成分相对含量差异较大,芳樟醇型子代叶精油得油率和芳樟醇相对含量平均变异系数分别为40.13%和10.12%,明显高于扦插子代的8.98%和1.26%。同一单株不同组织精油含量差异明显,表现出叶>根>茎的规律。扦插子代保持了母株的化学型特性和优良品质,生产中可根据实生子代化学型分化较大的特性,选育新优化学型单株。

【Abstract】 To study the effects of sowing and cutting propagation on leaf essential oil and its principal components of linalool type of Cinnamomum camphora, three selected superior plants and their 2-year-old seedlings and cutting progenies were selected as experimental materials. The chemical types and chemical components of the essential oil were detected by‘smell method’and steam distillation combined with GC and GC-MS, and the differences of the essential oil content and chemical components of camphora plants under different propagation methods were compared. The results showed that there were many kinds of chemical type differentiation in the families of seed propagation, among which the proportion of linalool type was between 46% and 52%, and the clones of cutting propagation were all linalool type. The yield of the essential oil and the relative content of the main components of the seedlings were quite different. The average variation coefficient of the essential oil yield and linalool content of linalool type progeny was 40.13% and 10.12% respectively, which was significantly higher than that of 8.98% and 1.26% in cutting progenies. The content of essential oil in different tissues of the same plant was significantly different, showing the rule of leaf > root > stem. The cutting progeny maintained the chemical characteristics and good quality of the mother plant. In production, new and good chemical type plants could be selected according to the characteristics of the chemical differentiation of the seed generation.
