【摘要】 文章运用空间计量经济学等方法，探究了2005—2020年中国环境规制、技术创新对工业发展的影响，并进行了省域异质性的研究。研究结果表明：工业发展存在空间相关性，环境规制对省域的工业发展有显著的推动作用，环境规制也可通过提升技术创新能力对工业发展水平产生积极影响。环境规制、技术创新对工业发展的影响存在区域异质性，东部地区、中部地区和东北地区的环境规制显著影响其工业发展水平；东部地区、西部地区和东北地区的技术创新能够推动环境规制对工业发展发挥作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article uses spatial econometrics and other methods to explore the impact of China’s environmental regulation and technological innovation on industrial development from 2005 to 2020, and conducts research on provincial heterogeneity. The research results show that environmental regulations, the level of economic development, and the degree of urbanization have a significant impact on the industrial development of the province. Technological innovation has an intermediary effect and can promote the improvement of the level of industrial development by environmental regulations. Regional heterogeneity exists in the impact of environmental regulations and technological innovation on industrial development. Environmental regulations in the eastern, central and northeastern regions significantly affect their industrial development levels. Technological innovation in the eastern, western and northeastern regions can promote the effect of environmental regulation on industrial development. Industrial development has spatial correlation. The spatial measurement results show that environmental regulation, enterprise scale and economic development level have a significant role in promoting industrial development in the province, and technological innovation can increase the degree of environmental regulation’s impact on industrial development.更多还原
