适用于烧结环保砖的纳米TiO2前驱体研究
Suitable Precursor Study of Nano-TiO2 for the Sintered Green Bricks
【摘要】 文中以TiCl4为钛源,以Span80、OP-10和Tween40为乳化剂,并加入一定比例的水油,通过微乳液法制得纳米TiO2前驱体,再通过二次煅烧技术制备纳米TiO2粉体。研究表明,当乳化剂中Span80与Tween40质量配比为8︰2,其用量是10g时,水︰油质量比为1︰4。反应物TiCl4的浓度为0.8 mol/L时制得的TiO2前驱体,在反应温度为500℃时,可获得性能良好的锐钛矿纳米TiO2,这为后期纳米TiO2前驱体引入环保砖确定其最佳二次烧成温度奠定基础。
【Abstract】 In this study, TiCl4 as the titanium source, Using Span80, OP-10 and Tween 40 as emulsifiers, And add a certain percentage of water and oil, Nano TiO2 precursor by microemulsion, Then prepare nano TiO2 powder by secondary calcination technology, Studies show that when the mass ratio of Span80 and OP-10 in the emulsifier is 8︰2, The dosage is 10g; Water ︰ The oil mass ratio is 1︰4, The TiO2 precursor made at a concentration of the reactant TiCl4 of 0.8 mol/L, At a reaction temperature of 500℃, Good anatase nano-TiO2 can be obtained. This lays the foundation for the introduction of environmental brick to determine the optimal secondary firing temperature.
