纳米二氧化钛镶嵌透水砖与清水砖的性能研究
Research on the Performance of Permeable Paving Bricks and Fired Clear Bricks Integrated by Nano TiO2
【摘要】 文中通过烧结的方式将自制纳米二氧化钛前驱体镶嵌在透水砖和清水砖表面,使其具有良好的光催化作用,研究不同掺量纳米二氧化钛对透水砖和清水砖性能的影响,依据透水砖和清水砖在镶嵌不同比例纳米二氧化钛后对甲基橙的降解率,确定纳米二氧化钛的最佳掺量。研究结果表明,烧结清水砖中纳米二氧化钛前驱体的最佳镶嵌量为5ml/dm2,在此条件下,光照180min后,甲基橙的降解率可达95%,吸水率为13.7%;烧结透水砖中纳米二氧化钛前驱体的最佳镶嵌量为7.5ml/dm2,在此条件下,光照120min后,甲基橙的降解率可达97%,透水系数为1.385×10-2cm/s。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the prepared precursor solution of nano TiO2 is sprayed onto the surfaces of permeable bricks and fired clear bricks. The precursor is then fired into Anatase TiO2 with photocatalytic activity, and embedded onto the surfaces of permeable bricks and fired clear bricks.The research investigates the effect of the dosage of nano TiO2 on the performance of permeable bricks and fired clear bricks, as well as the degradation rate of methyl orange after embedding different proportions of nano TiO2 onto the permeable bricks and fired clear bricks. The results of the research show that the optimum proportion of TiO2 precursor was 5 ml/dm2. In this condition, the degradation rate of methyl orange could reach 95% after 180 min of illumination and the water absorption rate could reach 13.7%,the optimum proportion of TiO2 precursor in permeable bricks was 7.5 ml/dm2. In this condition, the degradation rate of methyl orange could reach 97% after 120 min illumination and the permeability coefficient was 1.385×10-2cm/s.
