【摘要】 目的：分析单病种质量管理对医院医疗质量的干预效果。方法：统计石河子大学第一附属医院2019年至2022年实施单病种质量管理的病例，并收集单病种管理前后的急性心肌梗死、心力衰竭、脑梗死、社区获得性肺炎（儿童，首次住院）、感染性休克早期治疗、髋关节置换术、膝关节置换术和剖宫产共8个病种住院病例资料，分析单病种管理对平均住院日、次均费用和次均药费的影响。结果：自2021年实行单病种质量管理后，8个病种次均费用较实施前均有减少；除感染性休克早期治疗外，其余7个病种平均住院日均小于实施前；对于次均药费，除社区获得性肺炎（儿童，首次住院）外，其余病种实施后次均药费均小于实施前。结论：开展单病种管理有助于提高医院医疗质量水平，提高医疗资源利用效率，降低医疗成本。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the intervention effect of single disease quality management on medical quality. Method:Counting the number of cases of single disease quality management implemented by a certain hospital from 2019 to 2022,and collecting data on acute myocardial infarction,heart failure,cerebral infarction,community acquired pneumonia(children,first hospitalization),early treatment of septic shock,hip replacement surgery,knee replacement surgery,and cesarean section inpatients before and after single disease management. Analyzing the impact of single disease management on average hospitalization days,average cost per visit,and average drug cost per visit. Result:Since the implementation of single disease quality management in 2021,the average cost of 8 disease types including acute myocardial infarction,heart failure,cerebral infarction,community acquired pneumonia(children,first hospitalization),early treatment of septic shock,hip replacement,knee replacement,and cesarean section has decreased compared to before implementation. Except for early treatment of septic shock,the average hospitalization days of the other 7 diseases were lower than before implementation. For the average medication cost,except for community-acquired pneumonia(children,first hospitalization),the average medication cost for all other diseases after implementation is lower than before implementation. Conclusion:Carrying out single disease management can help improve the medical quality level of hospitals,improve the efficiency of medical resource utilization,and reduce medical costs.更多还原
