【摘要】 本文选取了国内具有代表性的19个城市公共阅读空间品牌，采用文献调研、网络访问、资料索取等研究方式，对其进行了全面调研和系统梳理，并概括了其建设特点。综合来看，城市公共阅读空间的建设模式为：由政府主导、统筹规划，制定了建设规范，政府和社会力量合作共建。城市公共阅读空间的管理模式为：具备统一的服务和管理规范、完善的管理和监督机制及绩效考核和激励机制。文章还总结了公共阅读空间的服务效果和存在的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper selects 19 representative domestic urban public reading space brands, and uses research methods such as literature research, network visits, and data acquisition to conduct a comprehensive investigation and systematic combing of the public reading spaces, and summarizes their construction characteristics. To sum up, the construction mode of the urban public reading spaces is: government-led, overall planning, formulation of construction specifications, and joint construction by the government and social forces. The management mode of the urban public reading spaces is to have unified service and management standards, sound management and supervision mechanisms, and assessment and incentive mechanisms.
