HClO激活型近红外荧光聚合物纳米探针的设计合成及性能研究
Design, Synthesis and Performance of HClO-activated Near-infrared Fluorescent Polymer Nanoprobes
【摘要】 本文通过采用可逆-加成断裂链转移聚合(RAFT)和共沉淀法相结合的策略,基于光敏分子亚甲基蓝设计合成了次氯酸(HCl O)可激活的“off-on”型近红外荧光聚合物纳米探针MB-NP。实验结果表明,MB-NP对HCl O的检测限低(<13.28 nM)、响应时间短(<10 s)、选择性好、抗干扰性强,且激活后的MB-NP具有近红外发射和良好的单线态氧(1O2)释放能力。MB-NP的优异性能为推进光动力治疗的诊疗一体化发展提供一定的研究基础。
【Abstract】 In this study, a hypochlorous acid(HClO)-activatable "off-on" near-infrared fluorescent polymer nanoprobe(MB-NP) was designed and synthesized based on the photosensitive molecule methylene blue, employing a combined strategy of reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT)polymerization and co-precipitation. Experimental results demonstrate that MB-NP exhibits a low detection limit for HClO(<13.28 nM), rapid response time(<10 s), high selectivity, and strong anti-interference capability. Additionally, activated MB-NP displays near-infrared emission and exhibits excellent singlet oxygen release capability. The outstanding performance of MB-NP provides a solid research foundation for advancing the development of integrated diagnosis and therapy in photodynamic therapy
