芳香胺对硫化铅胶体量子点基质改性研究
Study on the Modification of Lead Sulfide Colloidal Quantum Dot Matrix by Aromatic Amines
【摘要】 硫化铅量子点具有带隙可调、多激子效应等特性,被广泛应用于光电探测和太阳能电池等领域。然而,硫化铅胶体量子点(PbS QDs)表面被碘化铅基质(PbI2)所包覆,阻碍了载流子传输,并且在PbS晶面带来上更多缺陷位点。基于此,本文采用一种针对量子点基质的原位协同钝化策略,即采用苯乙基碘化铵(PEAI)在合成过程中进行调控。X射线光电子能谱(XPS)及广角X射线衍射(GIWAXS)等结果表明调控后的量子点基质及缺陷位点均得到有效优化。
【Abstract】 Lead sulfide quantum dots are widely used in photoelectric detection and solar cells due to their adjustable band gap and multi-exciton effect. However, the surface of lead sulfide colloidal quantum dots(PbS QDs) is coated by lead iodide matrix(PbI2), which hinders carrier transport and brings more defect sites on the PbS crystal surface. Based on this, we adopt an in-situ synergistic passivation strategy for the quantum dot matrix in this paper, that is, phenylethyl ammonium iodide(PEAI) is used to control the synthesis process.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), Wide-angle X-ray diffraction(GIWAXS) and other characterization results show that the regulated quantum dot matrix and defect sites are effectively optimized.
