锂离子电池改性粘接剂的制备

【摘要】 以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、盐酸多巴胺(DOP)为单体,通过两步聚氨酯反应制备了三元聚合物(IDD)。以商用聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)粘接剂为对照组,表征并分析了IDD和PVDF以1:1质量比共混制备的IP粘接剂用于锂离子电池硅碳复合阳极的性能。结果表明:IP阳极在0.3 C下进行20次充放电,其放电比容量较PVDF阳极容量高50 m Ah·g-1,且其在高电流密度下表现出较好的可逆容量。

【Abstract】 The ternary polymer(IDD)was prepared by a two-step polyurethane reaction using isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), 2,2-dihydroxymethylpropionic acid(DMPA)and dopamine hydrochloride(DOP)as monomers. The IP binder was prepared by blending IDD and PVDF in a 1:1 mass ratio, and its performance in silicon-carbon composite anodes for lithium-ion batteries was characterized and analyzed with a commercial polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)binder as a control group. The results showed that the specific discharge capacity of the IP anode was 50 mAh·g-1higher than that of the PVDF anode after 20charge-discharge cycles at 0.3 C. And the IP anode exhibited a better reversible capacity at high current densities.
