【摘要】 为了顺应知识经济时代高科技发展的内在要求，培养高层次创新型人才，需要开展精英教育。以未来学院为例，通过对比分析中外精英教育的教育理念、教学模式、考核方式上的异同，阐述了在我国大众化教育普及的前提下进行精英教育的重要性；通过成功案例分析，提出目前高校应结合自身优势，在授课形式、教材内容及考核方式上做出个性化改变，注重人才培养的结构和质量，从而为知识与经济的融合搭建优良的平台。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to meet the inherent requirements of high-tech development in the era of knowledge economy and cultivate high-level innovative talents, elite education needs to be carried out. Taking Future College as an example, by comparing and analyzing the differences and similarities in the educational concepts, teaching models and assessment methods of elite education between China and foreign countries, this paper expounds the importance of elite education under the premise of the popularization of popular education in China.
