【摘要】 高校专业学位研究生培养面临培养质量不高、教育资源相对短缺、相关利益主体参与积极性不足等现实困境。武汉理工大学汽车学院围绕工程硕士培养，以研究生工作站为载体，以“研究生工作站+团队指导+三阶递进”为内核，探索实施紧密围绕培养目标“三个提升”、破解制约工程硕士培养“三大瓶颈”、充分利用“三大平台”、着力强化“三项建设”、积极推进“三项改革”的“五个三”培养新模式，取得显著成效，形成具有典型示范意义的专业学位研究生培养模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cultivation of professional degree postgraduates in colleges is faced with such practical difficulties as low quality of cultivation, relative shortage of educational resources, and lack of participation enthusiasm of relevant stakeholders. Focusing on the cultivation of master of engineering and taking the graduate workstation as the carrier,“graduate workstation + team guidance + three-level progression”as the core, Automotive Engineering School of Wuhan University of Technology has explored and implemented a new“Five Three”cultivation model, focusing on the“Three Promotions”of cultivation objectives, solving the“Three Bottlenecks”restricting the cultivation of professional master’s degree, making full use of the“Three Platforms”, focusing on strengthening the“Three Constructions”and actively promoting the“Three Reforms”.
