【Abstract】 Taking the path of high-quality development, transformation and upgrading is an inevitable choice for Chinese enterprises to respond to profound changes in the domestic and international environment. The task decision-making and relationship building of entrepreneurs can promote the transformation and development of enterprises. Taking China Building Materials Group as an example, based on the mirror theory and role theory, this study deeply explores the impact mechanism of entrepreneurial work reshaping on enterprise innovation and development, revealing the inherent laws of the anchoring of entrepreneurial work focus and enterprise change at different stages of development.更多还原
