轻量化二维指向调整机构设计
Design of Lightweight Two-Dimensional Direction Adjustment Mechanism
【摘要】 针对地月测距反射器调整要求,开展了新一代激光反射器地月二维指向调整机构的轻量化设计研究。设计出一款俯仰-方位组合型二维指向调整机构,以超声电机为驱动源,根据质心平衡设计理论,设计质心使机构自身力矩平衡,减小负载对电机驱动力矩的要求,从而实现电机和组成部件的小型化和轻量化。制作出原理样机进行了实验验证,结果表明,其质量、尺寸、自锁和驱动性能均达项目要求,验证了质心设计理论的合理性,实现了对机构的轻量化设计,为高精度地月激光测距及空间指向机构轻量化设计提供了依据。
【Abstract】 According to the adjustment requirements of the Earth Moon distance measuring reflector,the lightweight design of the two-dimensional pointing adjustment mechanism of the new laser reflector is researched. A two-dimensional pointing adjusting mechanism achieving both azimuth and pitch adjustments is designed. The ultrasonic motor is used as the driving source.Based on the design theory of centroid balance,the centroid is designed to balance the moment of the mechanism itself and reduce the requirement of the load on the driving moment of the motor,so as to realize the miniaturization and lightweight of the motor and its components. The principle prototype is made and experimental verification are carried out. The results show that the quality,size,self-locking and driving performances of the prototype meet the requirements of the project which prove the rationality of the centroid design theory. The lightweight design of the mechanism is realized,which provides a basis for lightweight design of high precision earth-moon laser ranging and spatial direction mechanism.
