仿生黏附变刚度机构设计与性能测试
Design and Performance Tests of a Variable Stiffness Mechanism Based on Bionic Adhesion
【摘要】 针对从零到大刚度变化需要,设计一种基于仿生黏附的变刚度机构,它具有刚度变化范围大,响应迅速,体积小等优点。变刚度机构性能测试结果表明,变刚度机构可在约0.5 s内完成非工作状态和工作状态之间的转换,在工作状态下可承担至少约90 N的冲击载荷,且在工作200次后性能基本不变。变刚度机构可应用于在高冲击载荷下对人体头颈部的防护。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the stiffness change from zero to a large value, a variable stiffness mechanism based on bionic adhesion is designed. The variable stiffness mechanism has the advantages of a large range of stiffness variation, quick response, and small size. The performance test results show that the variable stiffness mechanism can be switched between the non-working state and the working state within approximately 0.5 s and bear an impact load of at least 90 N under working state. And the performances remain mostly unchanged after repeated working of 200 times. The variable stiffness mechanism can be applied to the protection of the head and neck under high impact load.
