不同来源外泌体在创面修复中的研究进展
Research progress in exosomes derived from different sources and used in wound healing
【摘要】 创面修复始终是皮肤再生的挑战。外泌体是一种纳米级的细胞外囊泡,由多种细胞分泌,保留了完整的细胞特性。目前研究发现,不同细胞分泌的外泌体具有不同的生物成分和功能特征,在多种病理生理过程中发挥着重要作用。外泌体可通过抑制炎症、促进细胞增殖迁移、促进血管生成、抑制瘢痕形成等,在创面修复过程中发挥其促进修复的作用。该文综述了不同来源外泌体在创面修复中的研究进展。
【Abstract】 Wound repair remains a clinical challenge to skin regeneration. Exosomes,as nano-sized extracellular vesicles secreted by a variety of cells,retain complete cellular characteristics. Current studies have found that exosomes secreted by a wide range of cells have different biological components and functional characteristics,and play important roles in various pathophysiological processes. Exosomes can help accelerate wound repair by inhibiting inflammation,facilitate cell proliferation and migration,promote angiogenesis,and inhibit scar formation. This article reviews the research progress in exosomes from different sources that are used in wound repair.
