利用7A04-T6铝合金改进的“321”钢桥主桁螺栓连接强度研究
Study on Bolt Connection Strength of "321" Steel Bridge Main Truss Improved by 7A04-T6 Aluminum Alloy
【摘要】 为解决“321”钢桥自重大、架设困难等问题,提出利用7A04-T6铝合金改进“321”钢桥的主桁。通过有限元分析,研究端距和边距对铝合金螺栓连接破坏模式的影响,并分析铝合金板厚和螺栓直径对承压荷载值的影响规律。研究结果表明:当端距小于2.5d时,主要发生冲切破坏;边距小于2 d时,破坏形式为铝合金板横截面破坏,且铝合金螺栓连接承压荷载分别和板厚及螺栓直径呈线性关系。基于分析结果,提出7A04-T6铝合金螺栓连接的实际承压强度计算公式,可为7A04-T6铝合金螺栓连接设计及其安全性能评估提供参考。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the self weight and erection difficulties of "321" steel bridge,it is proposed to use 7A04-T6 aluminum alloy to improve the main truss of "321" steel bridge in this paper.Firstly,it studies the influence of end distance and edge distance on the failure mode of aluminum alloy bolt connection through finite element analysis.Then,it analyzes the influence law of aluminum alloy plate thickness and bolt diameter on the bearing load value.The results show that when the end distance is less than 2.5d,the punching failure mainly occurs;when the edge distance is less than 2d,the failure form is the cross-section failure of aluminum alloy plate,and the bearing load of aluminum alloy bolt connection has a linear relationship with plate thickness and bolt diameter respectively.Finally,based on the analysis results,it proposes the actual bearing strength calculation formula of 7A04-T6 aluminum alloy bolted connection,which can provide a reference for the design and safety performance evaluation of 7A04-T6 aluminum alloy bolted connection.
