基于能量流的平板远场涡流检测探头研究及优化

【摘要】 针对传统涡流检测由于集肤效应而难以对平面金属导体板材深层隐藏缺陷进行检测的问题,提出了基于远场涡流的深层缺陷检测的磁场能量聚集方法研究。首先,建立了平板导体远场涡流检测模型,仿真分析了各种磁芯与磁屏蔽结构对涡流能量的影响,优化了铁磁性平板导体远场涡流检测系统中的磁芯与磁屏蔽结构。其次,制作了不同材料组合的屏蔽罩,搭建了平板导体远场涡流检测实验台。仿真与实验结果表明:内侧为铜、外侧为硅钢的双层磁屏蔽远场涡流探头结构,在保证具有较近的远场区的前提下,能有效增强间接耦合通道的能量,具有较强的深层缺陷检测能力。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem that traditional eddy current testing is difficult to detect deep hidden defects in planar metal conductor sheet due to skin effect,a magnetic field energy gathering method based on far field eddy current was proposed for deep defects detection. Firstly,a far-field eddy current testing model of flat conductors is established,and the effects of various magnetic cores and magnetic shielding structures on eddy current energy are simulated and analyzed,and the magnetic cores and magnetic shielding structures in the far-field eddy current testing system of ferromagnetic flat conductors are optimized. Secondly,a shield with different material combinations is made and a far-field eddy current testing platform for flat conductors is built. Simulation and experimental results show that the double-layer magnetic shielding far-field eddy current probe structure with copper inside and silicon steel outside can effectively enhance the energy of the indirect coupling channel and have strong ability of deep defect detection on the premise of guaranteeing the near far-field region.
