海洋中药知识图谱构建及可视化研究
Research on the construction and visualization of knowledge graph of marine Traditional Chinese Medicine
【摘要】 以《海洋本草》和《海洋药物与效方》等专著文献为数据源,提出一种基于多源异构文献数据构建知识图谱的方法,用CMeKG的关系抽取工具对非结构化文本数据进行关系抽取,构建以海洋药物和方剂为核心的细粒度海洋中药知识图谱,包含实体17511个、关系28710条,可从功效、主治、性味归经、成分、方剂推荐等进行多维检索。使用Nebula Graph数据库存储海洋中药及其相关方剂知识与可视化表达,为海洋中药文献的进一步系统集成与开发应用提供信息基础。
【Abstract】 Taking the monograph literature such as Marine Herb and Marine Medicine Prescription as data sources, a method to construct knowledge graph based on multi-source heterogeneous literatures data is proposed. CMeKG’s relational extraction tool is used to extract unstructured text data to construct a fine-sized Knowledge Graph of Marine Traditional Chinese Medicine centered on marine medicines and prescriptions. The knowledge graph includes 17511 entities and 28710 relationships, and could be retrieved from the aspects of efficacy, indications, nature, flavor and channel tropism, prescription recommendation and so on. The Nebula Graph database is used to store knowledge and visual representations of marine TCM and its associated prescriptions. It can provide information basis for further system integration, development and application of marine TCM literatures.
