【Abstract】 New media is a brand new platform for college students’ ideological and political education. It presents new characteristics such as extension of connotation, expansion of space, diversification of information, and transformation of models. Meanwhile, it brings new challenges: the difficulty of college students’ value education has increased, the requirements for deep communication and interaction between teachers and students have been upgraded, and the examination and evaluation mechanism of education needs to be innovated urgently. Based on social cognitive theory, the paper proposes innovative paths to promote the high-quality development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new media era from three aspects: individual students, environmental shaping, and action decision-making. The specific paths include building an online teaching platform, building concentric circles online and offline, giving full play to grass-root party organizations, developing online courses of ideological and political education, and improving teachers’ new media literacy.更多还原
