【摘要】 针对目前纺织类研究生教育存在的专业设置与行业实际需求失衡、专业建设水平落伍、研究生评价考核机制与行业发展及企业需求不能同步等问题，通过对科教融合、产教融合的人才培养模式进行探讨，结合国内产业发展需求，文章提出高校需与知名院所、行业、企业紧密合作，共同构建“政产学研”一体的创新型人才培养模式，落实纺织研究生创新与实践能力培养方案，致力于建成以高端纺织为特色的科教、产教协同培养的研究生教育体系，服务地方经济和社会发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In response to the current imbalance between professional settings and actual industry demands, outdated professional construction levels, and the inability of graduate evaluation and assessment mechanisms to synchronize with industry development and enterprise needs in textile graduate education, this paper explores the talent cultivation models of science-education integration and industry-education integration. Combined with the domestic industrial development needs, it proposes that universities should closely cooperate with well-known institutions, industries and enterprises to jointly build an innovative talent training model that integrates government, industry, academia and research, implement the textile graduate innovation and practical ability training program, and strive to build a graduate education system characterized by high-end textiles, which integrates science-education and industry-ducation to serve local economic and social development.更多还原
