【Abstract】 Ocoa Sea Breeze Scenic Area, Fuyun County has rich ice and snow resources with its unique geographical location.In recent years, under the background of cultural tourism integration, ice and snow tourism in Xinjiang has developed rapidly.Cultural creativity is an important part of the tourism industry, which can play a role in cultural promotion and drive the development of the tourism economy. The survey found that snow and ice cultural creativity in Xinjiang has problems such as lack of creativity and unclear regional characteristics.
