深冷轧制对Mg-9Li-1Zn合金微观组织及力学性能的影响
Effect of cryogenic rolling on microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-9Li-1Zn alloy
【摘要】 首先对Mg-9Li-1Zn(LZ91)合金进行了不同时间的深冷处理,随后进行深冷轧制。利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜及拉伸试验机等研究了深冷轧制对合金微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:深冷4 h后深冷轧制的合金中α-Mg相出现了一定程度的细化,并以细针状弥散分布于β-Li相中。深冷20 h后深冷轧制的合金中α-Mg相形貌并没有发生明显改变。与室温轧制相比,深冷4 h后深冷轧制的合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度分别提高了约43和36 MPa,而深冷20 h后深冷轧制的合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度分别增加了约20和50 MPa。
【Abstract】 Firstly, the Mg-9Li-1Zn(LZ91) alloy was subjected to cryogenic treatment for different time, followed by cryogenic rolling. Effect of cryogenic rolling on microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy was studied by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy and tensile testing machine. The results show that after cryogenic treatment for 4 h, the α-Mg phase in the alloy after cryogenic rolling exhibits a certain degree of refinement and is dispersed in the β-Li phase as fine needles. After cryogenic treatment for 20 h, there is no significant change in the morphology of α-Mg phase in the alloy after cryogenic rolling. Compared with room temperature rolling, the tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy after cryogenic treatment for 4 h and cryogenic rolling are increased by about 43 MPa and 36 MPa, respectively, while the tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy after cryogenic treatment for 20 h and cryogenic rolling are increased by about 20 MPa and 50 MPa, respectively.
