人工时效对喷射成形2195-T4搅拌摩擦焊接头组织与性能的影响
Effect of artificial aging on microstructure and properties of spray formed 2195-T4 friction stir welding joint
【摘要】 对喷射成形2195-T4铝锂合金搅拌摩擦焊接头在205℃进行6、12、18和24 h的时效处理,采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和电子万能试验机等对接头的显微组织和力学性能进行分析。结果表明:205℃时效24 h后,接头晶粒大小和形貌无明显变化;随着时效时间的延长,焊核区与热影响区的T1、θ′、δ′相持续析出并粗化,时效12 h时,焊核区的T1、θ′、δ′相与热影响区的θ′、δ′相数量最多,热影响区T1相的数量在时效18 h时达到最大值;接头硬度与抗拉强度在时效12 h时达到峰值,此时接头平均硬度为166.7 HV0.1,抗拉强度为453 MPa,断裂方式为沿晶脆性断裂。
【Abstract】 The friction stir welded joint of spray formed 2195-T4 aluminum lithium alloy was aged at 205 ℃ for 6, 12, 18 and 24 h, and microstructure and mechanical properties of the joint were analyzed by means of optical microscope(OM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and electronic universal testing machine. The results show that the grain size and morphology of the joint have no obvious change after aging at 205 ℃ for 24 h. With the increase of aging time, T1, θ′ and δ′ phases in the weld nugget zone and the heat affected zone continuously precipitate and coarsen. After aging at 205 ℃ for 12 h, the amount of T1, θ′ and δ′ phases in the weld nugget zone and the amount of θ′ and δ′ phases in the heat affected zone are the largest, and the amount of T1 phases in the heat affected zone reaches the maximum value after aging at 205 ℃ for 18 h. The hardness and tensile strength of the joint reach the peak value after aging at 205 ℃ for 12 h, the average hardness is 166.7 HV0.1, the tensile strength is 453 MPa, and the fracture mode is intergranular brittle fracture.
