加速康复外科理念在机器人辅助腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术中的应用及效果观察

【摘要】 目的:探讨加速康复外科(Enhanced Recovery After Surgery,ERAS)理念在机器人辅助腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术(Robot-assisted Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy,RLRP)中的应用及效果。方法:本研究采用回顾性研究方法,选择2021年1月1日—2021年12月31日在重庆医科大学附属第一医院泌尿外科ERAS理念下行RLRP术的34例患者为观察组,选择2020年1月1日—2020年12月31日入院并在常规方案下行RLRP的32例患者为对照组,比较两组患者术中及术后恢复情况。结果:观察组较对照组在术后疼痛评分、首次排气时间、首次下床时间、引流管留置时间、术后住院时间、住院总费用及并发症发生率等方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:ERAS应用于RLRP可减轻患者疼痛,促进术后康复,缩短住院时间,节约住院费用,值得临床推广运用。

【Abstract】 Obiective: To explore the clinical effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS) in patients under robotassisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy(RLRP). Methods: Retrospective study was performed in this study. 34 patients underwent RLRP based on the concept of ERAS in the Department of Urology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from Jan 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 were selected as the observation group. While 32 patients underwent RLRP from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 under routine nursing care were selected as the control group. The intraoperative and postoperative recovery of the two groups were compared. Results: There were significant differences between the observation group and the control group in postoperative pain score, first exhaust time, first getting out of bed time, drainage tube indwelling time, postoperative hospital stay, total hospitalization cost and complication rate(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: The application of ERAS in RALP can relieve pain, promote postoperative rehabilitation, shorten hospital stay and save hospitalization costs, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
